Halan

Halan is a city that grew around a castle on a low mesa overlooking the Imperial Road stretching from the Inner Sea to Kinbornu. Once a loyal ally to the Greater Noble House Kaday, the city of Halan now wages a slow war against their former masters. The Lower Noble Houses which had ruled Halan for generations have been turned, deposed or simply vanished in the space of two years. Halan has closed its great gates to outsiders, raiding trade caravans and outlying villages with its substantial force of light cavalry. Halan's new loyalties seem to lay with Mulcar, another city that has undergone a revolution in governance.

Halan is connected to the cities of Tar Mira, Kinbornu, Mulcar, and Krea'al via the Imperial Road.
