Riem is the husband of Kirna and lives in the High Hills. Riem is a shapeshifter who takes on the shape of a wolf. He lives near the Fall River Valley, the White Hills, and Fort Cascade. During one hunt, he discovered M'teoulin in the area.
The leader of his clan is Karla. Other nearby and friendly clans are in Teifern, Denoak, Barrel Tree, and Lowfall.
