The Scourge is a group of humans who believe that the nobles betrayed and murdered the Emperor Gallidon. They believe if they can rid the world of nobles, then Na'naat will once again return to the world.
The group is divided into various warbands, called a halt. They are led by Preachers of the Scourge who provide the warband leaders with information about nobles.
